LA3 – Awareness Campaigns & Interviews

Awareness Campaigns are done by young athletes in 4 countries. The aim of this activity has been seen as disseminating Olympic Values more with youth-friendly language with the concept of “By Youth For Youth”. The young athletes have conducted presentations, captured interviews and videos to spread the definitions.

– The Czech young athletes, who have participated in local sport activities and M2 meeting in Turkey, have shared their definition of Olympic Values and experiences with their 61 classmates.

– The Polish young athletes, who have participated in local sport activities and M2 meeting in Turkey, have shared their definition of Olympic Values and experiences with their 20 classmates.

– The Lithuanian young athletes, who have participated in local sport activities and M2 meeting in Turkey, have made an interview about the Olympic Values to their classmates and shared their experiences with their 35 classmates.

– The Turkish young athletes, who have participated in local sport activities and M2 meeting in Turkey, have prepared the Olympic Values cards and captured short videos related to the meanings of the Olympic Values to present their opinions in the Project Website.

In addition; 4 interviews with Olympic level stars were conducted from TSF & BSK, BK Klatovy and SJJG. From Lithuania, Donatas Slanina; From Czechia, Martin Doktor and Jiri George Zidek; From Turkey, Necati Güler – Muratcan Güler – Sinan Güler to give a focus on Olympic Generations and Paralympic Games gold medalist Gizem Girişmen were interviewed about the hazards that they face/d during their sport careers, the core principles and values they benefited from and how they fought the hazards in their current professions.
